Nanjing Sinolife United Co., Ltd. has announced a change in director’s information, specifically regarding its independent non-executive director, Mr. Yu Bo. Mr. Yu was a director of Nanjing Jinmei, a company that was deregistered on 17 July 2024 due to lack of substantial business operations, but confirmed solvent at the time of deregistration. The company has made this announcement to comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s listing rules.
