Nanjing Sinolife United Co., Ltd. has announced the upcoming expiration of the current Board and Supervisors’ term and an Extraordinary General Meeting to re-elect and elect new members. Independent non-executive Directors Ms. Cai Tianchen and Mr. Wang Wei will not seek re-election to focus on other commitments, ensuring good corporate governance. The company has nominated Mr. Ye Bangyin and Mr. Cheng Jianming as new independent non-executive Director candidates, pending shareholder approval.
