Frontier IP Group’s portfolio company Nandi Proteins has successfully raised over £500,000 in a funding round with contributions from Nesta and Scottish Enterprise. The investment will fuel the development of Nandi’s innovative food ingredient technologies, including egg white and meat fat replacers, aligning with health and vegan trends. The funding is part of a broader effort to secure £1.5 million to advance the company’s market presence in the food industry.
