Nanalysis Scientific Corp. is initiating a funding round seeking up to $6 million through a combination of a prospectus exempt offering and a private placement, primarily to expand its security services business and for general corporate purposes. Investors will have the opportunity to purchase units consisting of common shares and warrants, with the potential for warrant acceleration should the company’s share price reach certain thresholds.
