Namyue Holdings Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Guangdong Tannery Limited (HK:1058) has released an update.

Namyue Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Li Jieyu as a non-executive Director effective from 20 August 2024. Ms. Li has a distinguished background in accounting and has held various senior positions in subsidiaries of Nam Yue Group, the company’s ultimate controlling shareholder. She does not currently hold any interests in the company’s shares and will serve on the board subject to the company’s rotational re-election policy.
