NamSys Inc., a leading technology provider for cash processing, has declared a special dividend of CAD$0.05 per common share, payable on June 11, 2024, to shareholders on record as of May 29, 2024. This one-time dividend reflects the company’s strong financial performance, although the Board has indicated no plans for regular future dividends.
