Namibia Critical Metals Inc. has agreed to sell four of its non-core gold properties in Namibia to Sylla Gold Corp. for 3 million common shares and $100,000 cash, refocusing its efforts on the Lofdal Heavy Rare Earth Project. The strategic sale allows NCMI to concentrate on developing Lofdal, a significant source of the critical rare earth elements dysprosium and terbium, which are crucial for high-tech applications like electric vehicles and wind turbines.
