Namibia Critical Metals Inc. successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting with strong shareholder support, as over 61% of the shares participated either in person or by proxy. All proposed resolutions were passed with overwhelming approval, including the re-election of four directors and the ratification of the stock option plan and appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for the upcoming year.
