Naked Wines Director’s Affiliates Trade Shares

Naked Wines PLC has disclosed that Colebrooke Partners Limited, associated with non-executive director Jack Pailing, sold 230,000 ordinary shares to Eschler Global Fund SPC, with Pailing’s beneficial interest in the company remaining unchanged at 0.98%. The transaction, involving shares at £0.522 each totaling £120,060, took place on the London Stock Exchange, AIM. This movement of shares reflects ongoing financial activities within the company’s leadership without altering the director’s stake.
