Naked Wines plc (GB:WINE) has released an update.
Naked Wines plc has announced that James Crawford, the Chief Financial Officer, has had 444 of the company’s ordinary shares vested to him as part of the Share Incentive Plan, after completing the standard three-year service condition. This transaction increases Crawford’s total stake to 270,405 shares, which represents approximately 0.365% of the company’s issued share capital. The shares were vested at a price of £0.548 per share on the London Stock Exchange.
