NAHL Group Executives Maintain Shareholdings

NAHL Group Plc (GB:NAH) has released an update.

NAHL Group PLC has reported share transactions by their top executives, revealing that both the Group Chief Executive, James Saralis, and the Group Chief Financial Officer, Chris Higham, have sold and repurchased the same number of shares for their personal investment accounts, with no change to their beneficial interest in the company. Saralis also gifted shares to his wife, who followed a similar sell and repurchase strategy. These activities have maintained their respective shareholdings in the company, with Saralis at 0.54% and Higham at 0.52% of the company’s issued share capital.
