NAHL Group PLC’s Group Chief Executive, James Saralis, sold and subsequently repurchased shares to cover the costs and tax liabilities of a recent options exercise, leaving him with a 0.54% stake in the company. Group Chief Financial Officer, Chris Higham, transferred shares into CREST but maintained his 0.52% shareholding. All transactions were conducted in accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulation, with details provided in the news release.
