National Australia Bank Limited has announced that two shareholder resolutions will be discussed at its upcoming AGM on December 18, 2024. The first resolution proposes an amendment to the company’s constitution allowing shareholders to advise on material risks, while the second demands greater transparency on the company’s and its customers’ alignment with the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C goal. Full details, including the requisitioning shareholders’ statements and the Board’s recommendations, will be available in the mid-November Notice of AGM.
