NaaS Technology Inc.’s subsidiary Dada Auto has signed a deal to sell its interest in Sinopower Holdings International for RMB101.85 million, with payment terms including cash, installments starting in 2025, and a promissory note bearing interest above the loan prime rate. The transaction involves the sale of 89.999% of Sinopower’s shares and the transfer of a shareholder loan to the purchasing entity, Newlinks, which is affiliated with NaaS Technology’s controlling shareholder.
