NaaS Technology ( (NAAS) ) has provided an announcement.

On February 20, 2026, NaaS Technology Inc. disclosed that it received a February 17 notice from Nasdaq indicating the company is not in compliance with the US$35 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The notice gives NaaS until August 17, 2026, to restore its market value to at least US$35 million for ten consecutive business days, during which time its Class A shares will continue trading under the ticker NAAS.

Nasdaq also noted that NaaS currently fails to meet additional listing standards tied to minimum stockholders’ equity of US$2.5 million and a net income threshold from continuing operations of US$500,000. While there is no immediate delisting impact, the deficiencies highlight mounting listing-compliance pressure on the EV charging service provider, and if NaaS cannot regain compliance by the deadline, its shares could face delisting, though the company may seek more time or appeal.

The most recent analyst rating on (NAAS) stock is a Hold with a $3.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on NaaS Technology stock, see the NAAS Stock Forecast page.
