N Brown Group PLC has announced a change in leadership as Ron McMillan retires as Chair, with Steve Johnson stepping in as interim Executive Chair and CEO, and the search for a new permanent Chair underway. Additionally, Vicky Mitchell plans to leave her role as an independent non-executive director post the company’s Annual General Meeting in July 2024, prompting the Board to seek a new independent director.
