Myriad Uranium Corp. has agreed to sell its Red Basin Uranium Project in New Mexico to Subatomic Red Basin, LLC for US$2.5 million in cash, while retaining a 10% free carried interest in the project. The deal, expected to close by April 17, 2026, delivers an over sixfold return on Myriad’s original C$525,000 investment, excluding the residual interest.
