The cumulative funds amassed from all six tranches reach $814,049.25, with the proceeds aimed at bolstering the company’s general corporate activities, working capital, and marketing efforts. The securities involved are subject to a four-month statutory hold period in Canada and are not registered in the U.S., limiting their transfer and resale.
