MyCelx Technologies Corporation, a company specializing in clean water and air technology, has announced significant director dealings following a recent Placing and Subscription, with CEO Connie Mixon and other directors increasing their shareholdings. Following the Admission on 4 September 2024, the total issued share capital of MyCelx will be 24,315,271 Common Shares, which will be the new denominator for shareholders’ notifications. The transactions occurred on the London Stock Exchange with shares purchased at a price of 51.5 pence each.
