My Foodie Box Limited has announced it ceased to be a substantial holder in itself, canceling 6,700,000 shares previously acquired under a buy back agreement from November 2021. No associates were involved in this change, and no consideration was given for the cancellation of these shares. The formal notification was issued by Company Secretary Kyla Garic on May 16, 2024.
