Mutter Ventures SA Concludes Shareholder Meeting

Mutter Ventures SA (FR:MLMUT) has released an update.

Mutter Ventures SA’s shareholders unanimously approved the annual accounts, the handling of the fiscal year 2023’s losses, and the management of the administrative body. They agreed to carry forward the loss of €2,365,936 and empowered the board to handle the deposit of accounts. The session concluded with the unanimous approval of the meeting minutes.
