At the extraordinary and universal general meeting, Mutter Ventures SA’s shareholders unanimously accepted the resignations of three board members and proceeded with appointing new ones. Additionally, they agreed on a capital increase and delegated powers for its execution. The meeting’s legality was confirmed, and the session opened formally with the president and secretary overseeing the proceedings.
