MUTTER VENTURES Initiates Profitable Divestment

Mutter Ventures SA (FR:MLMUT) has released an update.

MUTTER VENTURES has begun divesting its shares in subsidiary SALDADOS, selling a portion for over 526,000 euros and planning to sell the remainder by 2027 for a total of 2.62 million euros. This marks MUTTER’s first divestment, concluding an investment cycle with a more than sixfold return on its initial capital since 2019.
