Mustera Property Group Ltd is nearing completion of its flagship Forbes Residences project, with settlements expected to commence at the end of April and in early May 2024. The company has spent approximately A$4.1 million on operating costs this quarter, mainly on development and construction. They’ve also lodged an application for titles with Landgate following a temporary occupancy permit issued by the City of Melville.
