Murray Cod Australia Ltd has successfully concluded the retail component of its equity fundraising, garnering approximately A$5.52 million at A$0.07 per share, contributing to a total raise of A$20.4 million. The offering saw substantial participation with 550 applications from shareholders and the unsubscribed shares being allotted to sub-underwriters. New shares from this offering are set to begin trading on the ASX on a normal settlement basis starting 24 June 2024.
