Mural Oncology plc announced the appointment of George Golumbeski, Ph.D., as a director, with his term set to expire at the 2025 annual general meeting. Recognized as an independent director, Dr. Golumbeski will not serve on any committees but will participate in the non-employee director compensation program. He received stock options and will receive annual cash compensation plus travel and expense reimbursements for attending Board meetings. Dr. Golumbeski has no family ties or financial transactions with the company that would necessitate disclosure. He will also enter into indemnification agreements with the company and its subsidiary.
