Mun Siong Engineering Ltd. has announced key management changes, with Mr. David Tan Chao Hsiung transitioning from Lead Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director following the company’s Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2024. Mr. Tan’s re-designation comes after serving more than nine years on the Board, exceeding the tenure limit for independent directors under the new SGX Listing Rules. The Board has endorsed Mr. Tan’s continued involvement, citing his valuable insights and contributions to the company’s governance.
