Mun Siong Engineering Ltd. has announced key management changes, with Mr. David Tan Chao Hsiung transitioning from Lead Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director following the company’s Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2024. Mr. Tan’s re-designation comes after serving more than nine years on the Board, exceeding the tenure limit for independent directors under the new SGX Listing Rules.
