Multiconsult ASA has acquired Sitepartner AS, a construction and project management consultancy, bolstering its capabilities in construction and engineering projects across energy, grid, and railway sectors. Sitepartner, established in 2015 with a team of 12 and additional subconsultants, has shown strong financial performance in 2023, with significant growth in operating revenues and net profit. The acquisition, which was settled in cash, will see Sitepartner continue to operate independently within Multiconsult’s portfolio.
