Multi-Chem Limited has announced the resolution of its Philippine subsidiary’s tax dispute, with the payment of approximately SGD 114,750.89 to the Philippine Tax Authority. The tax authority has issued a termination letter confirming the audit case closure as of September 30, 2024. This concludes the tax matter that was previously disclosed on February 28, 2024.
