Multi-Chem Limited has announced that it will resume quarterly financial reporting starting from the third quarter of 2024, due to a ‘qualified opinion’ from its auditors. The company previously shifted to half-yearly financial statements in 2020 but is now required to provide quarterly updates to comply with the Listing Manual rules. This change will remain effective as long as the conditions stipulated in Rule 705(2) are met.
