Multi-Chem Limited has announced that its Independent Director, Mr. Neo Mok Choon, has taken a medical leave of absence and will remain away until the upcoming Annual General Meeting. During his absence, Mr. Lim Keng Jin will step in as the Acting Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, which is composed entirely of independent directors. The company has expressed wishes for Mr. Neo’s swift recovery and will keep shareholders informed of any developments.
