Mullen Group Ltd. has priced a private placement offering of senior secured notes amounting to approximately CAD$400 million, which will be guaranteed by its subsidiaries and secured by the company’s assets. The notes, with varying yields of 6.50% and 5.93%, are set to mature in 2034, with the proceeds intended to repay existing debt and for general corporate uses. The offering, which has attracted substantial investor interest according to CEO Murray K. Mullen, is slated to close on July 10, 2024.
