Mullen Group Ltd. has successfully completed a private placement of senior secured notes, raising approximately CAD$400 million to repay existing debt and for corporate purposes. Alongside, the company has also renegotiated its bank credit facilities, increasing its total borrowing capacity to CAD$525 million with improved terms.
