Mulberry Group PLC has disclosed that Frasers Group plc has made a revised possible cash offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Mulberry not already owned by Frasers. However, the majority shareholder, Challice Limited, has expressed no interest in selling its shares. The Board is considering the situation and will make further announcements, noting there is no certainty that any offer will be formalized.
