MTT Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Chen Yiliang as a non-executive Director, effective from June 28, 2024. Mr. Chen brings extensive experience in international trade, marketing, and operations management from his previous leadership roles in various companies. His appointment is set for a two-year term, with the possibility of re-election, and includes an annual director’s fee of HK$120,000.
