MTT Group Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in Hong Kong on August 19, 2024, where it will conduct routine business including the adoption of financial statements, re-election of directors, and reappointment of its auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Shareholders will also consider a resolution to grant the board authority to buy back up to 10% of the company’s issued shares. The buyback is subject to rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and will be valid until the next AGM or until the authority is revoked or varied by shareholders.
