MTQ Corporation Limited announces significant changes to its board with the resignation of long-serving Independent Directors Mr. Nicholas Campbell Cocks and Mr. Chew Soo Lin, following the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 July 2024. The company expresses its gratitude for their substantial contributions over 13 and 12 years, respectively. Concurrently, Mr. Ng Tiak Soon will be appointed as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee from 1 August 2024.
