Hannaford’s indirect interest through various entities resulted in a disposal and acquisition of 2,000,000 shares each, valued at $80,000. Following these changes, JAEK Holdings Pty Ltd’s share count decreased to 2,362,500, while the John & Emma Hannaford Superannuation Pty Ltd’s holdings increased to 2,979,339 shares.
