MTM Director John Hannaford Adjusts Shareholdings

Mt Monger Resources Ltd. (AU:MTM) has released an update.

John Hannaford, a director at MTM Critical Metals Ltd, has altered his stake in the company through a series of share transactions. Hannaford’s indirect interest through various entities resulted in a disposal and acquisition of 2,000,000 shares each, valued at $80,000. Following these changes, JAEK Holdings Pty Ltd’s share count decreased to 2,362,500, while the John & Emma Hannaford Superannuation Pty Ltd’s holdings increased to 2,979,339 shares.
