MSP Recovery ( (MSPR) ) has shared an announcement.

On April 2, 2026, MSP Recovery, Inc., through its subsidiaries, entered into a letter agreement with Hazel Partners Holdings LLC, the administrative agent and lender under its existing working capital credit facility, to obtain a one-time $0.1 million advance primarily for operating expenses. This advance increased the Operational Collection Floor beyond the previously disclosed $6.0 million of aggregate advances but was funded solely at Hazel’s discretion and does not reinstate or reopen any committed capacity, leaving the facility entirely discretionary and without any obligation for Hazel to provide future liquidity.

The same day, MSP Recovery entered a separate letter agreement with VRM MSP Recovery Partners, LLC for a one-time $0.1 million advance of recovery proceeds to support accounts payable, with an obligation to reimburse VRM from the proceeds of any future financing transactions, including potential debtor-in-possession financing. Both transactions are explicitly characterized as standalone accommodations that do not create ongoing funding commitments, highlighting the company’s constrained liquidity position and its continued reliance on ad hoc, discretionary financing to meet near-term operating and payment obligations.

The most recent analyst rating on (MSPR) stock is a Sell with a $0.04 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on MSP Recovery stock, see the MSPR Stock Forecast page.
