MSD Aqua Partners Distributes Hayward Holdings Shares

The latest update is out from Hayward Holdings ( (HAYW) ).

MSD Aqua Partners, LLC, an affiliate of MSD Partners, L.P., has been a significant shareholder of Hayward Holdings, Inc. since before its 2021 IPO, owning about 30% of the company. However, in a major move, MSD distributed all its shares to its partners and members in September 2024 during the wind-up of its investment fund. Following this distribution, MSD affiliates still retain around 3% of Hayward’s outstanding common stock.
