MSC Industrial (MSM) has provided an update.
MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to nine members with the appointment of Robert Aarnes as an independent, non-executive director. Aarnes, who will also serve on the Compensation Committee, will be compensated with an annual retainer and restricted stock units, with a vesting period over two years. His selection was independent of any pre-existing arrangements, and he will also receive standard director indemnification and expense reimbursements. The company publicly announced Aarnes’s appointment with a press release.
