MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. subsidiary, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance, will redeem its first series of domestic subordinated unsecured bonds valued at ¥25.0 billion, ahead of maturity on September 10, 2024. The bonds feature interest deferrable and early redeemable options, with redemption occurring at face value.
