M&S Operations Director Sells Company Shares

Marks and Spencer (GB:MKS) has released an update.

Marks and Spencer Group PLC has reported that S Berendji, the Operations Director and a person with managerial responsibilities, sold 300,000 of the company’s ordinary shares at £3.398385 each on August 29, 2024. The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, aligns with the company’s commitment to transparency in dealings by its directors and senior managers.
