MS International PLC has announced that employees have exercised a total of 65,002 share options, impacting the total number of voting rights in the company, now standing at 16,389,748. The company’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Michael Bell, participated in this exercise, increasing his stake by 6,667 shares, which now represents approximately 17.63% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). This corporate activity took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Market.
