MS International (GB:MSI) has released an update.
MS International PLC has bought back 115,000 of its own ordinary shares, a move that has led to the company now holding over 1.75 million shares in treasury and reducing the total voting rights to approximately 16.08 million. Additionally, Non-Executive Director Mr. Roger Lane-Smith has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 10,000 shares, while Ms. Adrienne Bell’s significant shareholding has changed following a disposal of shares.
