Mineral Commodities Ltd (MRC) has reached an in-principle agreement to buy out its JV partner and gain full ownership of the Munglinup Graphite Project by acquiring the remaining 49% stake for $A7.5M. The completion of this strategic acquisition, which is subject to standard conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected by early October 2024. MRC is also advancing negotiations to secure necessary funding for the purchase and its broader graphite project initiatives.
