Mineral Commodities Ltd is in progressive negotiations with Gold Terrace to resolve a dispute and potentially acquire full ownership of the Munglinup Graphite Project. The settlement, if successful, would escalate MRC’s stake from 51% to 100%, strengthening its position in the graphite market. The company has postponed its Earn-in Obligations to July 6, 2024, to facilitate the potential agreement.
