Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) has announced key changes to its Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Committee, effective mid-June 2024. Mr Premod P. Thomas will retire in compliance with MAS regulations, with Mr Wu Long Peng taking over as ARC Chairman and Mr Mak Keat Meng joining as an ARC member. The company has expressed gratitude to Mr Thomas for his significant contributions during his tenure.
