Mowi ASA Targets Growth and Sustainability in Seafood

Mowi ASA (GB:0OAW) has released an update.

Mowi ASA, the world’s largest producer of Atlantic salmon, is aiming to increase its harvest volume from 500,000 to 600,000 tonnes by 2029, alongside a cost reduction of EUR 300-400 million through efficiency and productivity improvements. Hosting a Capital Markets Day, the company has outlined its growth strategy focused on volume increase, competitive costs, and sustainability, with a projected revenue growth leading to EUR 8.5 billion by 2029. Mowi is also investing in postsmolt technology and Smart Farming to enhance fish welfare and drive innovations in the seafood industry.
