Kaylene Stewart and SR Taranaki Trustees Limited, collectively holding a 5.402% stake in Move Logistics Group Limited, have disclosed a change in the nature of their substantial holding. The change includes the issuance of shares via convertible note conversion, on-market sales, and the transfer of shares upon the death of co-trustee Larry Stewart. Notably, a call option deed allowing Chris Dunphy to purchase up to 5,000,000 ordinary shares has lapsed without exercise.
